Magda is a personal lines new business consultant in our Northfield office and has been with Insurance Agencies since 2011. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Opole in Poland. She is a Certified Insurance Service Representative and maintains her NJ Property and Casualty Producer License. Her specialty is quoting and underwriting personal lines policies. She is especially interested in flood and homeowners policies. Born and raised in Poland, Magda is bilingual and is also available to help our Polish clients with their insurance needs.

Kim joined Edgewood Associates, Inc. full time in 1986 in the accounting department and received her property & casualty license in 1994. She is currently responsible for personal lines property retention as well as new business. Kim currently resides in Camden Co. with her husband.

Donna is a lifelong resident of Atlantic County who has been a part of Insurance Agencies, Inc. since 1988. She works as a new business consultant in our Northfield office. Donna maintains her NJ Property and Casualty Producer License and calls on her 30+ years of insurance experience to help our clients find the right coverage at a competitive price.

Lori has been working for Insurance Agencies Inc. as our Clerical Assistant since 2007. She grew up in Northfield and is a life-long area resident.  Lori loves her job and the people she works with.  Her positive attitude and excellent organization skills make her a great asset to IAI. 

Bette has been working for Insurance Agencies Inc. as Personal Lines Clerical Assistant since 2010 and has been in the Insurance business since 1976. Bette grew up in Audubon NJ and moved to Marmora, NJ in 1974. Bette loves her job and working for Insurance Agencies Inc. She has made so many friends within the company and enjoys helping our clients at the front desk and with their billing and renewal questions.

Karen started at Edgewood Associates, Inc. in 1987. She works as a Personal Lines Agent in our Berlin, NJ branch office, writing new policies and servicing existing clients. She maintains her NJ Property and Casualty Producer License and has many years of experience in both Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance. Karen enjoys taking time to know her clients and connecting with them on a personal level. This, coupled with her insurance experience, allows Karen to provide excellent customer service by assisting clients understand their insurance coverage and adjust it appropriately as their needs change over time.

Mark joined his father’s insurance agency, Edgewood Associates, as a second generation employee after graduating from Rider College, now Rider University, in 1974 with a major in insurance. In 1980, he obtained the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). He maintains his NJ Property, Casualty, Life, Variable, Accident and Health license. As president of the agency. Mark’s primary focus involves commercial accounts.

Mark lives in Cedar Brook, NJ with his wife, Terri and has three grown sons. His son, Randy, has become the third generation to join the agency.

Randy is a third generation employee at Edgewood Associates. He maintains his NJ Property, Casualty, Life, Accident and Health license which he first obtained in 1999. His primary focus has been Personal Lines new business sales.

Randy lives in Berlin with his wife and children. Randy is active in the Berlin Rotary Club and club President (2014-2015). He is a huge Philadelphia sports fan and has season tickets to the Eagles. Some hobbies enjoyed by Randy include bow hunting, fishing, golfing, camping, gardening, and cooking but most of all he enjoys time with family and friends.

Linda Giangiulio was born and raised in Berlin, NJ and has been with our Berlin, NJ location since 1979. She started her insurance career in her senior year of high school at Eastern Regional through a cooperative office education program. Linda now lives in Marlton with her husband and two sons. She holds a New Jersey Property and Casualty Producer License and has been working with the Edgewood Associates, Berlin NJ branch of Insurance Agencies, Inc. for the past 40 years. The first five years were in the personal lines department; she now assists commercial lines customers for new business and the management of assisting accounts. Linda obtained the designation of AAI (Accredited Advisor in Insurance) in 1992 and the CIC designation (Certified Insurance Counselor) in 1996.

David F. Miller is president of C.J. Adams Insurance and a managing partner of Insurance Agencies Inc. He earned his CPCU {Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter} designation in 1988 and is the Past President of the Independent Agents of Atlantic County. David is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and also was captain of the baseball team in 1978. He was inducted in the Penn Baseball Hall of Fame for his contributions to the program. He has served the insurance community in the tri-state area for 35 years and specializes in commercial insurance consulting. Risk specialty industries involve hospitality, construction, public entity and real estate.

David is married to his wife, Fran, and has three children Adam (Kim), Nick and Maria (Matt). Together with his son, Adam, they will consult and suggest solutions to your insurance and risk management needs.

Adam has over 15 years of experience in risk management and insurance production for C.J. Adams Co.  However, he has been a lifelong member having had his father, David, enter the business shortly after he was born.  Adam began specializing in commercial insurance in 2004 after he graduated from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.  In September of 2007, Adam committed to a yearlong insurance program at St. John’s Manhattan Campus in the financial district of New York City.  He graduated in 2008 with a Master’s of Science in Risk Management, Insurance and Actuarial Science.

Adam now serves in many different roles at C.J. Adams Co. and Insurance Agencies, Inc.  While the focus has always been on commercial lines, he has developed programs for homeowners and small apartments as well as focused on the financial and claims aspects of the agency.

Adam resides in Northfield with his wife, Kimberly and two daughters Mackenzie and Charlotte.  He is active in the community and volunteers coaching in the youth soccer program.

Tim joined CJ Adams Insurance right out of college in 1982. He earned his CIC, Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1988.

Tim is a graduate of The Peddie School where he played Lacrosse and swam on a national championship team and is part of Peddie’s Sports Hall of Fame. He went on to swim and play Lacrosse at the University of Richmond where he obtained his degree in economics.

Tim grew up in Margate. He is married to his wife, Michele and has 3 children, Colleen, Michaela and Tim, Jr.

Tim formally served on Linwood’s City Counsel as President. He is a 7th degree Black Belt in Tang Soo Do.

Tim has expertise in several areas but specializes in construction risk management and bonding.

Terry has been with C J Adams Company/Insurance Agencies In for 40 years. Born in Ventnor, NJ she is a lifelong resident of the region. In 1981 she married Stan Gunnison (yes she works with her husband), and they have resided in Northfield for 35 years where they raised two fine young men Erik and Fred. Terry first became a proud Grandmother in 2014, when Erik & Claire had Hugh and again in 2018 when they had their daughter Elinor. Fred was married in 2018 to his wife Kerri. Also joining the family is Kerri’s son Sean, who is delight.

Terry currently focuses on commercial property and casualty insurance. She is licensed for all lines of insurance and deals with both placement and service of commercial accounts. She represents the highest quality of service and is part of a core group of loyal employees that help keep C J Adams Company #1.

Kelli is a graduate of Stockton State College with a Bachelor of Science degree.  She has studied various continuing education courses on an annual basis and maintains her Property, Casualty, Accident and Health license. Kelli currently holds a CISR designation and is a commercial account manager.   Kelli has been associated with the firm for 32 years.

Jill is a graduate from Fair Lawn High School. She moved to South Jersey to attend The Richard Stockton College. She started her insurance career with CJ Adams in 1978 and works as an account manager in the Commercial Lines Department. Jill maintains her property, casualty, accident and health license.

Nora started at Insurance Agencies in 2003 and she is our part time Personal Lines Clerical Support. Nora loves her job and all the people she works with. She is enjoying meeting all of our customers in her newest role filling in at the front desk. Nora has lived in Brigantine since 1963 and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially her 7 grandchildren.

Kim joined Insurance Agencies, Inc. in 2000 and is our Personal Lines Manager. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Richard Stockton College and maintains her NJ Property and Casualty Producer License as well as her PA Non-Resident Producer License. Kim is also a Certified Insurance Service Representative. In 2008, Kim was honored with the Travelers Personal Insurance High Achiever Award. Because Kim grew up in Brigantine, she is passionate about the coast and the communities that are bordered by it. Combine that passion with her drive to always provide excellent customer service, and you have a coastal risk and flood insurance specialist ideally suited to help you find the best coverage combination for you and your family.

Charlie began his career in 1992 after graduating from the College of Insurance (St John’s University) with a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Insurance and Risk Management. He spent 6 years at the J. Byrne Agency in Wildwood NJ as a junior producer. He then worked in the Philadelphia area at Mellon Claire Odell Insurance as an account executive on large accounts for the next 3 years.

Charlie has been an agent / agency owner at Insurance Agencies Inc since 2001. His primary focus has been new business sales and service of middle market accounts in the Southern New Jersey area.

Charlie lives in the Cape May County area with his wife, Tara and two sons.

Matt is a lifelong resident of Northfield NJ. He was a lifeguard for the Margate City Beach Patrol from 2002-2010. Matt graduated from Gettysburg College in 2010 where he majored in Business Management. During that time, he was a member of the Gettysburg College football team as a four year starter (’06-’09) and two-time Captain (’08 and ’09). Matt maintains his Property, Casualty, Life, Accident and Health Insurance license which he first obtained in November, 2010. He joined IAI in January, 2011 as an Account Executive, a position he currently holds.

Gene is a lifelong resident of Atlantic County, currently residing in Ventnor City. His agency joined Insurance Agencies, Inc. in 1990, and Gene became President in 2000. He is a 1974 Graduate of Northeastern University with a B.S. in Business Administration/ Finance and was licensed in 1975 with the State of New Jersey for Property/Casualty Insurance production. In 1987, Gene became owner and President of Siracusa Company Insurance. In 2000, they merged with the Kaufmann-Wimberg Insurance Agency to become Siracusa-Kaufmann Insurance Agency. Gene has 40 years of experience in Personal, Commercial, and Public Entity insurance.

Victor’s insurance career began in 1981 with Kaufmann-Wimberg Agency where he was a Personal Lines Underwriter and sales representative. In 1994, Kaufmann-Wimberg Agency merged with Insurance Agencies, Inc. where Victor joined their sales team. In 2001, Victor became Vice President of Siracusa-Kaufmann Agency. He maintains a Property, Casualty, Accident, Life and Health license. His primary focus has been new business sales and service of business accounts including marinas and yachts.

Victor resides in the Hammonton NJ area with his wife, Diana. They have three sons and two grandchildren.

John has been part of the Siracusa Companies since his childhood. He has family lines dating back five generations in the company. John graduated from the University of Vermont in 2012 with B.S. in Business Administration. He began working full time with the agency in October, 2012 with his first assignment in the Claims Department providing assistance with Super Storm Sandy claims. John maintains his Property, Casualty, Accident and Health Insurance license and has achieved the prestigious title of Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and an Associate in Risk Management degree (ARM).

Born and raised in Buena Borough New Jersey and a resident of Southern New Jersey for fifty years, Mike’s parents, Joseph and Bernice Donato, have over 40 Years combined experience as Property and Casualty agents in the Southern New Jersey region and greatly influenced his career path. Mike has been a licensed agent since 1984 for Life, Health, Property and Casualty. Specializing in municipal, contracting, retail, wholesale, commercial automobile, worker’s compensation, flood and property risks, Mike has valued clients throughout the Tri State area. He brings a positive and prudent approach to purchasing insurance, as if he were the client himself.

Charles is a 1983 graduate of Rutgers University with his B.S. in Agricultural Economics. His insurance career began with Frank J. Siracusa & Son in November, 1983 where the positions he held included Personal Lines Manager, Commercial Lines Manager, and Sales Director. Charles started with Siracusa Company in November, 2010 when Frank J. Siracusa & Son was sold. His current position is a licensed insurance agent in the Little Egg Harbor, NJ office. Charles maintains a NJ Property, Casualty, Surplus Lines, Accident, Health and Life license.

Charles lives in Little Egg Harbor, NJ with his wife, Linda, who is an indispensable member of our Northfield staff and assists with his Commercial Lines accounts from our corporate headquarters.

Linda is a 1998 graduate of The Richard Stockton College of NJ with B.S. Degree in Business Administration. Her insurance career began September 2002, as a Renewal Underwriter for Chubb Group of Insurance Companies, in Florham Park, N.J. She joined Frank J. Siracusa & Son, as an Account Executive, in 2002. Linda started with Siracusa Company and IAI in November, 2010 when the accounts of Frank J. Siracusa & Son were transferred to Siracusa Company. Linda is currently an Account Manager in the Northfield, N.J. office. She maintains a Property, Casualty, Accident and Health license

Linda lives in Little Egg Harbor, NJ with her husband, Charles.

Sandra’s insurance career began in 1984 with Kaufmann-Wimberg Agency in Egg Harbor City where she was a Personal Lines Underwriter for three years. She went to work for Kaufmann-Castrenze (accounting firm) for five years. Sandra then went back to her insurance roots and worked in the Commercial Lines Department at Glenn Insurance for 20 years. In 2008, she received her Certified Insurance Service Representatives (CISR) designation. In 2013, she joined IAI and Siracusa-Kaufmann Insurance Agency as an Account Manager in the Northfield NJ office. She maintains a Property, Casualty, Accident and Health license.

Sandra lives with her husband, Darrell in Egg Harbor City, NJ.

Bob’s insurance career began in 1962 with Cigna Insurance Company. He holds a B.S in Math from the University of Maryland and his Property, Casualty, Accident and Health Producer licenses in New Jersey and a non-resident Florida license as well. He opened his own insurance agency, Robert R Hogg Agency, in 1965. For a number of years, he was founder and President of G&H Construction Company and Resorts Ltd, Inc. Bob has been the President of Steelman Graves & Waters, Inc. since his own agency merged with them in 1988. He founded Insurance Agencies, Inc. in 1990 where he held the position of President from 1995 through 2002. Bob’s main focus is sales and service of commercial business.

He has been very active in the Atlantic County community as a member of the Atlantic City Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis Club of Atlantic City, President and member of the Kiwanis Club of McKee City, and a member of the Planning and Zoning Boards in Northfield, NJ.

Over the last 50 years, Bob has been an avid golfer and member of various golf courses including Atlantic City Country Club where he was a member and six time club Champion, Stone Harbor Golf Course as a seven time club Champion as well as being on their Board of Directors, and a member of Hidden Creek Golf Club.

Bob lives in Northfield, NJ with his wife, Lauray, of 30+ years. They have six children and nine grandchildren.

Erin received her B.S. in Business with a major in Accounting. She came to work for Insurance Agencies Inc. in 2013. Erin holds a New Jersey license in Property and Casualty. She is driven by excellence and providing the best customer service experience to clients.

Hilda Thibault has over 30 years of experience as an insurance agent, is a Certified Professional Insurance Agent, and maintains her NJ Property and Casualty License. She is the owner of the Thibault-Sames Insurance Agency, which is a full service property and casualty insurance firm, and has been a member partner of Insurance Agencies, Inc. since 2007. Hilda has served as a board member of the Young Insurance Agents of New Jersey, a board member of the Independent Agents and Brokers Association, and was president of the local Atlantic County Independent Insurance Agents. In 1993 she was recognized as Professional Agency Staff Person of the Year. Hilda was born in Newark, New Jersey, but moved to South Jersey in 1972. Currently, she lives in New Gretna with her husband of 30 years. She has 3 grown children and 1 granddaughter. Hilda prides herself on giving the same high level of service to every client, no matter the size of the account.

Vicki began her career in the insurance industry in 2000 in Commercial Lines. She joined IAI in 2005 where she is a Commercial lines representative. She maintains a Property, Casualty, Accident and Health license and an ACSR designation.

Vicki lives in Villas NJ with her husband and their cats.
