About Us

     Insurance Agencies, Inc. was incorporated January 3, 1988 and commenced operations in April, 1988.  The company is a joint venture of individual insurance agencies which united strategically to capitalize on increased insurance market access and shared operating expenses.  The corporation is comprised of five agencies:

     IAI’s membership is deeply rooted in Atlantic County, with operations dating back to 1879.  Few can match our long history serving this region.  Our expertise includes insuring public and government entities, the hospitality industry, contractors, habitational and coastal risks.   We provide consultative services in loss control and risk management and insurance placement.

      Members of our joint venture share common markets, function under formal operating guidelines and utilize a common automation system.  With the exception of Edgewood Associates located in Berlin, NJ, all members occupy the same building. Between both locations we effectively cover the entire South Jersey region.

     IAI is a customer focused agency.  Each department is staffed with knowledgeable, experienced personnel.  Education is valued in the workplace. Many employees have earned professional designations, to further their insurance knowledge. To better meet the needs of the clients we serve, our structure includes departments specializing in: Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Benefits, Claims and Accounting.

     IAI is licensed in nine states and contracts with the industry’s most respected and financially sound insurance companies.  Access to a wide array of insurance carriers guarantees a competitive insurance quote with superior coverage.
